This content was quite intense and there were a number of reflection points and aha moments, things that were challenging and others that were affirmed. Some of the key learnings were about the balcony, storytelling and not to be afraid of your incompetence. Adaptive leadership is so closely related to vulnerability in leadership, knowing and showing that you do not have all the answers and creating a space the answers can be found by the collective .
